Payment

Payment is usually through paypal or Create payments but we understand some people prefer to pay by Bank Transfer which can also be found as an option on our checkout process. You have a maximum of 24 hours to make your payment otherwise it is cancelled. We do NOT offer a 'reserve' service.

Collections

A contactless collection is now available. Please message me after checkout to tell me when you would like to collect your goodies!

Cash on Collection is available now if preferred. Unfortunately I don't accept cheques.

Goods Deliveries

Your order will be dispatched the next day after ordering.

I currently dispatch Monday - Thursday

ALL UK orders will be delivered by Royal mail. It is a 1-3 day service for most postcodes but up to a 4 day service for some Scottish postcodes.

MAINLAND UK can also choose DPD for heavier parcels. This will be a 1-2 business day service.

Royal Mail quote usual delivery times are 1-5 days depending on the service you choose but due to the pandemic, deliveries in some areas are very delayed and have taken up to 2 weeks.  Social Distancing and sickness has severely affected the Royal Mail Service.  

The Purple Butterfly Boutique reserves the right to choose the best courier for your order. 

 No weekend dispatch is currently available without prior arrangement.

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Purple Butterfly Boutique. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a faulty or damaged item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. It may help of you can take a photograph of any damaged packaging before you open your item. This will help with obtaining a reimbursement from the courier by proving that the damage was caused by them and not you.  Statutory rights are unaffected. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
